Seven Day Streak - Devil's Highway

I'm a novice runner attempting to run at least 5km every day in October for Cancer Research. I'm also blogging about it here. If you feel generous please consider donating through my Just Giving page. Want to know more then start with the first post or the why 5km explanation.

Today I ran for the seventh consecutive day. I celebrated by running up Devil's Highway and back down again. Back in the day Devil's used to be the venue for all manner of *ahem* unhealthy activity so it's nice that it can giveth what it used to take away.

Tomorrow I'm doubling up and running the Pyestock Brutal 10km. Those Brutal lot are fiends, this one looks like it's going to be an especially wet and muddy course. And when we say wet we may well be talking about waist deep water and mud. This will be my fifth one this year and they've all been unique so far so really I've got no idea. Although the picture they have chosen to illustrate this one is a clue...

Anyway here is the plot from today. Tomorrow expect to see a bloody great lake or quicksand or something.
