Took advantage of a day off and went for a 10km run in the woods as an antidote to too many London pavement runs. Getting slower by the day now but only 6 days left and then I'll be setting myself a different type of running goal which will allow me some rest days. Can't wait! How about a donation to Cancer Research to give me a final push?
I also hit a milestone today - I've now run more than 150km this month!
